Inner Alchemy is a a transformational evening of connection and somatic healing to step into your power through breathwork, movement, sound and sharing circle.

Inner Alchemy is a deeply immersive and healing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, embrace your inner strength, and unlock your full potential. 

Inner Alchemy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, featuring a combination of guided breathwork meditation, intuitive movement, somatic healing, sound journey, and heartfelt connection through sharing circle.

Inner Alchemy is on the last friday of every month at the Little Escape Studio in Crystal Palace (SE19)
